Create your own iPod

Every iPod is built to order. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to build, test and pack your order before it is handed to the courier.

Estimated delivery, from the day you order:

• Singapore: about 5 to 8 business days.
• International tracked: about 8 to 16 business days, depending on your country.
• International standard (tracking not guaranteed): about 10 to 13 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. They include the build time, the courier's estimate and an extra week for delays. Customs, public holidays, weather and peak seasons can add time we do not control.

Choose a tracked option at checkout to get tracking updates. Standard shipping does not guarantee tracking. Your tracking number, if any, is emailed when your order is dispatched. Import duties, customs fees and taxes are set by your country and are paid by the buyer, often to the courier on delivery.
