SHIPPING POLICY

1. BUILT TO ORDER (PROCESSING TIME) Every unit is custom-modded and tested before it leaves our workbench. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be built, tested and packed before it is handed to the courier. We email you when your parcel is dispatched, with tracking information where tracking is included.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES (PLEASE READ) All delivery times shown on our website and at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Each estimate includes our build time, the courier's own estimated transit time and an extra one-week buffer for delays. Couriers, customs clearance, public holidays, weather and peak seasons can all add time that we do not control. Your actual delivery may be earlier or later than the estimate.

  • Singapore: estimated 5 to 8 business days from order, including build time.
  • International, Standard (tracking not guaranteed): estimated 10 to 13 business days from order.
  • International, Tracked: estimated 8 to 16 business days from order, depending on your country.

3. TRACKING Please choose the Tracked option at checkout if you want tracking updates. Standard shipping does not guarantee a tracking number. Tracking updates may take a day or two to appear and can be limited in some destination countries.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES AND TAXES We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Import duties, customs fees and taxes are set by your country and are not included in our shipping rates. They are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected by the courier on delivery. Please check your local rules before ordering. Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct, since customs and couriers may need to contact you.

5. DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES We pack every unit securely. If your package arrives damaged, save all packaging and contact us at revivetechnologiessg@gmail.com with photos. If your tracked parcel shows no movement for an extended time, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
